Chandler, LLC is a professional services firm founded by Steven Chandler Hall. The firm provides planning, development and management services to projects in the built environment. In addition to corporate responsibilities, Steve personally oversees the management of individual projects and leads respective project teams in the execution of activities for the owner.

Over 30 years of experience in project management in both design development and construction includes over 50 projects across the United States and in several countries overseas. Steve has a diverse background in planning and executing design and construction programs within the high-value residential market as well as experience in the commercial and industrial industries. In addition to building design and construction, Steve has extensive experience in pre-construction planning, land development and infrastructure related to site work development. Experience includes large-scale project development as well as single-family homes.

Expertise includes design and construction management, feasibility studies, permitting procedures, project scheduling, cost estimating, cost analysis, value engineering, trend and risk analysis, bidding strategies, procurement, consultant and contract management, claims avoidance, contract administration and personnel management.

Steve has a diverse background in planning and executing design and construction programs within the high-value residential market as well as experience in the commercial and industrial industries. As a result of his role in the 1996 UN Habitat II Conference in Istanbul, Turkey; he has been exploring and implementing options of bringing sustainable development practices into his work and into the mainstream of design and construction.
