A careful program of selective demolition was executed with closely coordinated field engineering direction. As usual, budget and schedule constraints were important Owner objectives. Uncertain field conditions dictated close monitoring of progress and constant re-evaluation and re-design at many points in the project to maintain cost, schedule and quality parameters.

It was very important to the Owners and the architect for the interior design to reflect the high quality and style of the exterior. Extensive long lead planning, management and coordination were required to select materials and vendors to execute the work and meet all aesthetic objectives.
