The initial access to this site over a wooden timber bridge is reminiscent of classic New England covered bridges.

Project Management Services

A clear, clean stream in a deep ravine was both an asset and a challenge. Among several options researched, a wooden bridge was chosen for reasons of the environment, time and cost, as well as for aesthetics. The results satisfied all objectives.

Project management allowed the Owner to contract independently of other construction saving significant fees. It also made possible quick reaction to changing conditions, time and weather constraints.
