We are a specialized boutique consultancy exclusively offering Owner Representation and Project Management Services for the planning, development, design and construction of building projects. Thirty years of experience of the founder and owner, Steven Chandler Hall, spans an unusually diverse range of projects on four continents. From a degree in architecture from Princeton University, Mr. Hall's career interests evolved from the world of design into the skills of effective project management.
